What My Work’s About
Healing as an adventure back to sanity.
Because modern living and eating often cater to our illnesses far more than they cater to our wellness, sanity, and strength. I’m here to change this. My work’s about enhancing all the ways in which healing requires we grow, take inventory of our beliefs and values and make necessary changes — one habit at a time.
The right foods are crucial in this process, and I’m here to flip politically-correct nutrition on its head and encourage you to eat steak and eggs with your greens.
I believe we deserve freedom from the chronic symptoms millions of us spend our lives struggling with if we’re willing to do the work. I believe that our chronic health epidemic is a serious problem, requiring creative solutions and solid commitments to healthier choices. Modern food-related illnesses are at an all-time high and I’ve lived through these struggles to learn some important lessons. Many of us have lost touch with the biological rhythms and important signals our bodies send us each day about how to be well and age gracefully.
My work is about guiding you back to these rhythms and signals, and essentially — back to yourselves. AND I’ll help you navigate the jungle of misinformation along the way!
My work’s about Root Cause Healing — implemented through daily habit changes, fueled by asking the right questions. I help others connect the dots between the emotional and the biological, the scientific and the creative, the anecdotal, and the clinical. I believe that healing from all chronic illness ought to be experienced as a profound adventure back to our own biologies and our sanest selves.
As your health coach, I’ll guide you on your way back to your sanest and strongest self. How long we go together is up to you.
